Came out and fixed what someone else did. The last owners of my home bypassed the breakers on my furnace and ended up selling our home to us with the defrost board fried the guys at central heating and air came out fixed everything and made it right highly recommend hard to find anyone who's honest anymore they could of easily tried to sell me a whole new unit which they didn't but they took the time and found what was wrong.

Great people, in February the day after a prolong cold spell our Furnace had quit working at the time my wife was having cancer treatments, I call Danny copes electrician that I knew he recommended that I get hold of Central heating and cooling because he wasn’t familiar with furnaces, I explained my situation to the girl that answered the phone Nikie, and she said that they would have somebody there or the next day they sent a gentleman named Raymond and let me tell you he was excellent well presented professional. He knew his job and he did it he got it up and running and said they’d order parts, they had a hard time finding the parts it was very reasonable, they found what they needed and we have heating and cooling now. I recommend this company wholeheartedly they are very professional

They do great work. Office staff is professional and very knowledgeable of HVAC parts and systems. The tech staff, come in, fix your problem, and leave. Very professional. I highly recomend!!

When the furnace went out the other week on our rental in Paris CH&A was the first place I thought of to call. There's far to many shoddy & shaddy companies around. Hence why my husband and I never contract out for anything if we can help it. However, under these circumstances we were out of town, the temps were dropping and couldn't leave our tenants without heat. CH&A fit us in within hours. Diagnosed the issue on the furnace & had the parts purchased & ordered as soon as the parts store was open. Highly satisfied with the level of professionalism, respect, and expertise. I would definitely recommend CH&A for all your HVAC needs. I plan on calling on them in the future if the need arises. Cost was as expected. Time and satisfaction was above par.

WORST scheduling service EVER. They came to fix the AC, then needed to come back to fix the thermostat to the heat. Said they'd come back the next day. Didn't come back for 2 MONTHS!! They came back today, 6 hours late, to fix the heat thermostat... then the AC broke again. Now we have NO AC and God knows when they will be back to fix it. Jeff the technician went above and beyond by bringing an AC window unit- even though the office had closed for the day. I am 8 months pregnant. With 90 degree weather outside, this was a great gesture. The world needs more tech's like Jeff and less poor schedule coodinators like the ones at their office.
