John the owner is extremely kind, compassionate, and understanding. He was able to set me up with an appointment immediately, and was incredibly knowledgeable. Greg came to clean my carpets and went above and beyond the call of duty. I could tell that he values his service and wanted to provide an exceptional level of cleanliness. I highly recommended this company, as they are by far the best in the surrounding area!

I was thoroughly impressed by the Central Jersey Carpet team. I honestly did not think my light-colored carpet could look clean again. I was going to go with someone cheaper, but the owner shared so much wisdom and knowledge about carpets on the phone with me, I just had to give the company a try. I was not disappointed. OUTSTANDING service...accident on a brand new sofa and they cleaned it perfectly. The owner's son was the service person and he is the most professional and polite person. I also asked to have other high end chairs cleaned and that was done well. And, I had a few ink spots on the carpet and they removed them too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND over the franchises, as this is a family owned and serviced company...don't use anyone else!
