We just purchased the Kona Elite Spa from Central Jersey Pools, and our experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was amazing. There wasn't a single question he couldn't answer, and we truly appreciated his patience and knowledge. Lisa G was also incredibly helpful when it came to scheduling our delivery. She clearly explained the entire process and made sure everything was in place to ensure a smooth, flawless delivery. The sales manager Cathy also came over to greet and introduce herself to us. Dan in the delivery and installation department is amazing! We don’t have a driveway to our backyard where we want to put the hot tub. My neighbor has a driveway and gave us a really hard time to use his. Ugh!! I sent photos of the sides of my house and backyard to Dan to view. He was very responsive and even came to my house to look at possible delivery options! Dan is very detailed and knowledgeable and went over everything. He provided a link to the spa dolly they’d use and suggested my neighbor contact him. Ultimately, we ended up using a crane to avoid the headaches of dealing with our neighbor. We went to Central Jersey Pools to look at hot tubs for our newly purchased home. The sales rep Leon greeted us and was/is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We had a specific tub in mind when we arrived, and he pointed out that while it is a quality tub, he also pointed out the very valid reasons for it's slightly lower price point versus some other models. After looking at a few other models, we settled on one which was in stock at a very reasonable price (based on my Googling).
