Frozen pipes. I thought I would have to wait a week for them to come out here. I figured this was a bad year for everyone one to have their water lines frozen. They came out the next day. Starting with the lady who took my call, she was very polite and made me a little more relaxed. The men who came out were very polite and answered any questions I had for them. I can't give enough praise for this company. Their prices were very good also. I highly recommend CMS in Skowhegan to anyone. Thank you so much.
CMS came out today and jetted our frozen sewer drain, they were very prompt and professional. When it came time for the bill, I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was as low as it was! I highly recommend this company!
Prompt service...but when they found out that I was out of state, they took advantage. They charged me $75.00 to dig up cover, when it was just inspected 3 days prior. I've dug this up several times myself as there's just three or four inches of soil on top of the cover. Feel like I got the short end of the stick. Crazy world we live in somebody's trying to screw you every chance they get.
*****ZERO STAR REVIEW***** If I had the option to rate Central Maine Septic zero stars I would. The company is unreliable, unprofessional and never followed up about my job even after committing to the work and my extreme persistence. They also incorrectly scoped the job (were planning to do a shoddy job) and had an extremely high quote. More details below: My husband and I had Central Maine Septic come out and give us a quote back last fall (2022) as we were potentially needing work done to relocate a perimeter drain due to the fact that we were in legal litigation. We ended up settling the case on June 1, 2023 and immediately reached out to them to book the job. We are under a tight timeline to have the job completed per the court system -- 120 days.
