Central Mass Cleanouts

Central Mass Clean Outs was a dream to work with. They have fair pricing and were incredibly flexible and accommodating when my schedule kept changing. I was preparing a house for sale after having lived there for 47 years, and there was a lot of junk I needed help getting rid of. They worked their butts off in a very quick, efficient and thoughtful manner, taking care to go through the bulkhead instead of through the house, which was so much more difficult for them since they had to go through two feet of snow! The professional cleaners, and thus the professional pictures got moved up suddenly, but there was still one room full of trash and they made it happen even though I asked them if they could squeeze me in with very little lead time. Rich and his crew did a house clean out for us after a relatives passing. They cleared out 7 rooms and a garage. Everything was removed carefully with no issues. They swept up afterwards and the house looked great. Very professional and personable crew and communicated with us every step of the way. I highly recommend them!!

I would give 10 stars if I could. My dad passed away, and I needed some things removed from his home. I live over an hour away ,but Rich and his team were able to accommodate my schedule and clean out needs. His staff were so polite and respectful.I shopped around,and their cost to remove the items were hands down the best around!! Thank you again Rich and your crew!

I had the best experience with Rich and his team. After consolidating two homes into one, using my basement as a storage space it was time to purge. Rich was very responsive to all inquiries, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and showed up when he said he would. The team completed the task in record time and were very professional. I will be calling them again for future jobs. I highly recommend Central Mass Cleanouts.
