Oregon Heating and Plumbing were amazing all around in our purchase of a mini split heat pump! Elia come out and gave us an estimate and explained the options. He took his time and explained the 3 options. Cody Pierson installed the system today and took time to explain the units and how to operate the remote as well as how to clean the filter We were amazed at how fast the whole process was from our first call to installation. Less than a week and it could have been quicker. And there were no hidden fees.

He had replaced the blower motor in it last year, giving me the confidence in this company. This year he found more wear on my 23 year old units so I asked him to have a representative contact me. Yesterday DJ Wilson arrived and spent considerable time and care to evaluate what would be needed. I decided to replace both heating and air conditioning now rather than wait for them to break. I called your company and was able to speak to a professional, courteous and pleasant person who had great listening skills and got me scheduled same day for a service call to inspect and perform a routine maintenance on our heating and air-conditioning system here in Bend. Love my new furnace! And I loved the experience just as much. Chris, my estimator, made sure I understood all the options (and their features and benefits) so I could pick the right unit for me. We wanted to make the switch from our old gas furnace to a new more efficient electric heat pump. Chris came out to give us an estimate and he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Chris was amazing and he answered all of my questions and made himself available even on Sunday to answer all of my concerns. By Monday we agreed to move forward and by Tuesday morning installers Austin and William were at our house removing the old furnace and installing the new heat pump. Austin and William were fantastic! They were professional and guided me through the whole install. They were fast and efficient finishing the install before my wife got home from school.
