Parking is a mess here. I arrived about 8am and there was 68 spots only and all on the top floor. This was my first trip and trying to figure out how to even enter the parking garage gave me a headache. I ended up in the bottom floor which turned out to be where Ubers and limos parked 🤷🏽♂️. I’m sure after you come a time or two then it will be easier but for a first timer it was a hot mess lol. Good luck
I had a prepaid reservation at Central Parking and got hit with $92 in overstay fees because two JetBlue flights were canceled over several days, stranding me away from Boston. After the second cancellation, I had to drive from New York just to get my car. I picked it up as fast as I could and politely asked if they'd consider waiving or reducing the extra charges given the circumstances. Their first response was basically "not our problem." I wrote back respectfully asking for a one-time exception, and they told me the decision was "final" and they don't offer escalation or live discussions. No supervisor, no appeal, just a door slammed in my face. The $92 isn't what bothers me most—it's being treated like I was trying to scam them when I was dealing with multiple flight cancellations com
Parking here is very confusing. They really need to add better signage. Even if you reserve a spot you have to drive around the garage floor to floor looking for a space in hopes of finding one. Not the worst but definitely could be improved.
I was flying out of the Boston Airport, and was gone for 2 weeks. I assumed they had long term parking rates and had a shock when they charged me over $700 for parking. It was more money than my airline ticket. It was laughable hearing the prerecorded announcements from the mayor saying that Boston is welcoming visitors and people should feel right at home ... some people don't spend that kind of money on food for an entire month ... this Airport is taking advantage of people and that is wrong. I wasn't planning on parking there but I got so much delayed by the heavy traffic so I was scared that I'll miss my flight. It probably would have been cheaper if I had.
Usually a fine experience despite it being Boston. This time though,.... MassPort really messed up and oversold the garage. They forced everyone into a valet parking queue in the terminal A lot despite the valet desk being in terminal C. Didn't matter what terminal your flight was in, you left your car in A and walked. No handicapped assistance provided. On the way, we passed 10 open spots. Staff probably would have been better used finding these spots and directing drivers to them. Upon return we found 20 people in line. They had lost two passenger's keys (or they had lost their slips) which was causing mass(port) confusion. Other passengers demanding the valets actually do their jobs and go retrieve their cars. Valets looked and moved like they wanted to be anywhere but ther
