Central Parking

Old parking garage that needs a through paint job and cleaning. But the location is fantastic. The attendants are friendly. But the back office has horrible service.

Very unprofessional staff. Rude and condescending attitude. They are not trained to face customers. They call customers "HEY". I'm gonna start to look for a better parking establishment. I don't deserved to be treated like I'm a criminal when I pay days in advance for my monthly parking rental. Even my child stated that they are not nice men. That was the last straw..

Extremely rude attendants. every time I ask them to move a car in front of me they keep mumbling, cursing, and swearing right in my face. I will change my parking as soon as I find a better replacement.

They're raising the price but not spending it on anything not on the smell the cleanliness or the rude ass staff im a monthly customer They force me to park in the lowest level (r) where there is no attendant at night when I get off of work which is scary its late and dark perfect oppertunity for something bad to happen ! and Some of them straight up refuse to park my car even though they are the parking "attendants" Instead they vaguely point you in some direction i think there is about 3 nice people who work there the rest Are extremely mean and nasty I'm trying very hard to find a new parking lot I pay my money every month I deserve to park somewhere where they will at least park my car if I'm running late

I grew up in Flushing and remember this place almost 30 years ago. It has gone through so many renovations and change in tenants...the elevators are still very slow - nothing has changed...and no WIFi signal in the Concourse level or below...
