Central Parking System

Just a bunch of rude people working over there that over charge. Nasty people. I’m so glad I’ll never bring my vehicle over there again. To who ever is reading this, look into ABM across the street first or somewhere else that is not this place

I had a great experience at this parking garage. I’ve used dozens of garages all over the city and they all have their issues. I had no issues at all here. Immediate drop off and pickup within 2 minutes of paying. Attendants were super polite, courteous, and took great care of my car. I would recommend this facility if you need to park in midtown, and the price was great too! Check the app or website for coupons.

I am giving this parking garage three starts due to how well their staff treat their customers. Great service and they do not cheat you; although their prices are too heigh. The main reason for my low rating is due to their $20 fee for what they refer to as oversized vehicles. In my case, I drive an Avalanche and it registers fine through all the size measurements. If that’s the case, then why the extra charge? I can see if the vehicle was a large van that did not fit through the garage, but a regular size SUV/TRUCK that fits in a parking space should not be subjected to these extra charges. AVOID. Aside from being rude, adjusting ny seat and mirrors and trying to give me the wrong car when I went to collect, they STOLE the iPhone cable i have plugged in permanently to run Carplay, then laughed at me when I asked about it. Might just be a cable, but left me without navigation home, and by what right do they help themselves to anything in your vehicle anyway? Thieves, and rude with it

Have been parking in icon garages for all these years and they are not the cheapest places to park but worth the safety. However, this garage was a horrible one. We unfortunately had to deal with the same attendant while coming in and leaving. On top of his ignorant behavior, he drove our vehicle screeching in the parking garage. He was aweful. The only job he had was to park the car or bring it out and he couldn't even do that decently.
