CENTRAL PARKING SYSTEM

Both ticket machines were not working and more than 15 cars were backed up for 30 plus minutes. A parking attendant finally showed up and told us to press the call button to be let out. Instead of just opening the gates, each driver had to wait for this company to answer and explain the problem. When it was my turn, a female with an unpleasant attitude answered and told me to back up and try the other ticket lane. I explained the long line situation, but she would not open the gate. I backed up and destroyed my driver's side mirror. Other cars let me in the lane. I called again and a different lady answered. I told her once again the situation. She opened the gate and let me out. This is a pathetic, extremely poorly managed parking garage.
