Brian did an excellent job today. He called ahead of the appointment with estimated arrival time, introduced himself and asked and listened to any concerns that I had while I showed him where everything was. He then explained everything that he was going to do. He was here most of the morning and did a very thorough job. He's an extremely personable and competent technician. I wish I would have been using Central Penn for years.

We cannot thank Central Penn enough for their service today. My husband is going through some extensive medical treatments and they were able to help us. And please do not ever get rid of Mark, our technician, he was the best we have ever had!!!! We appreciate you all so so much

I’ve had a great experience so far with Central Penn Plumbing. I’ve contracted with them for semi-annual routine maintenance for my HVAC system. They offered me a great deal. During the inspection they found a minor issue that needed to be repaired. Communication was clear, repair techs arrived on time and were good to work with. I plan to continue to use them for my HVAC needs.

Our technician Mark was great! He called to let us know when he was on the way and even called prior to that to let me know he was running a few minutes late on the job before ours and still showed up near the beginning of our 3 hour arrival window which was nice. He replaced our gas solenoid valve (part under warranty and only paid for labor) in about 1-2 hours and checked for any leaks and made sure the system was working properly cycling off/on as it should and temperature was increasing steadily before he left. He even fabricated and installed a small cover plate to shield the new valve from condensate leaks from the fresh air inlet which he believed may have been the source of the valve failure and possible corrosion to begin with so hopefully we won’t have the same type of issue in
