Central Pre-Mix, A CRH Company

Had a large order of concrete from Central Premix. One of the trucks accidentally made a bit of a mess, but the company stood by their work and handled it immediately. They had management onsite right away to address the issue, cleaned everything up, and even sent a sweeper truck. Even though a mistake happened, they made it right without hesitation. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely use them again.

DELIVERY OF 2 TON OF GRAVEL Couldn't get truck up thin driveway and ended up dropping on curbing/street area. 2 Tons 5/8in. Driver was very helpful and adjusted the drop on my directions. Gravel will be used for the level flooring under a 2 car carport. The gravel delivery was not the correct rock ordered. I ordered black basalt which sets itself to a firm flat base, but received a granite semi round gravel. Delivery charges were very high also. $150 to drop is quite a bit of money since I was on the drivers route and was more than the gravel. Good price for gravel though. Will use them again, but will see about a cheaper delivery.

Wanted to share this with you because I think everyone should know that I was overcharged on my gravel for over $500 and I thought this was important if they overlooked or Central pre-mix overlooked that on many people that would be a great asset for Central premix but I caught it and called in and they acted as nothing really happened wrong but I was just charged over $500 so please check your statements and your credit card after doing business with them because they might have just overcharged you a little over $500 which as I said was no big deal for them but the gravel was good and the driver was great but the accounting department acted like they didn't even care so I did give one star only because of the good driver and the gravel but a big mistake to charge over $500 so please watc

Great customer service! This was our first concrete project. Thanks to the help of the driver, we successfully poured an 8x8 concrete hot tub pad. He was willing to show us how to level the surface and use a bull float. The truck supervisor even came out the morning of the pour to make sure the soil wasn't too wet for the truck to get into our backyard. We probably only spent $50 more, but saved 9 hours of labor by having the concrete delivered and mixed for us. The pour was complete in about 45 minutes. Overall, great customer service and highly recommend!

Currently servicing the property next door to mine. Spoke with the workers yesterday because they blocked off my driveway and they asked permission to use my road. I told them my husband and I leave for work at a certain time and after that time they could use it. Worked great the first day but then they decided to use it when ever they want to and Started pouring cement while blocking our driveway this morning making my husband late to work. Even after having this conversation they still ignored it. Very upsetting. Especially since my husband's car was on in the driveway and very obvious we were going to leave.
