We had a water leak and flooding in several rooms. CFRS came out to investigate and repair any water damage. The management contacted us quickly and sent out a team. The team, Anna and James, were very efficient and professional. They showed us the locations of the damage and the different levels of saturation and told us how the equipment works. They were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to our contacts. Would definitely recommend their work!

We had some water intrusion in two different bedrooms from one of the hurricanes in October 2024. It required some mold remediation and for drywall to be cut out and then the baseboards to be removed and cleaned etc. This company did a great job and drying everything out and then doing the mold remediation. Also. The price was extremely reasonable and much cheaper than you would have gotten from somebody servicemaster or one of the other big companies. I'm fairly particular but I would not hesitate to hire this company again.

We had the best service from this company! We had a water leak under our kitchen sink that spread over half way across our new kitchen floors. Rob came out right away, assessed everything and made a plan. Then called on his team, Mike and Jose, and made the process stress free for us. Rob was very kind, always on time, easy to contact, and always available for any question or concerns. I could not have asked for a better experience during a crazy mess. Thank you Rob! CFRS did amazing job helping us with our home. We experienced a small leak which started off damaging some drywall and baseboards. Luckily; with Rob‘s experience, he continued to investigate further and found that we actually ended up having mold under our vanities and into our bathroom. Seeing as we have a special needs child, mold is a huge problem and health factor for him so we were so glad that he took the extra steps to find it and take care of it. Rob’s crew was great. Mike made sure to position the equipment for air quality so it work would keep the air clean for our son. Jose was very punctual and consistent with his timeframes for moisture levels checks and Lisa did a great job with keeping the work area clean for the mold inspection. Rob and the entire CFRS team were amazing! Rob was very attentive and always available throughout the restoration process for any questions or concerns we had. Mike did a very clean demo of our wall and floor, and Jose was always on time and efficient for the daily moisture level checks. We were continually amazed at how friendly, courteous and helpful everyone from CFRS was throughout the process. If you want to make a very stressful situation a LOT less stressful, definitely use CFRS!
