This company needs to take more responsibility for their trucks and what comes off them! My husband's truck windshield is now cracked because of a rock from their truck and they won't accept the claim because he didn't run down the truck and get a plate or truck number. Mind you he was on his way to work early in the morning and called them later that day. Reading all these other reviews it seems like they are hardly held accountable for damaging other people's property ( vehicles).

Not to discredit this company, but I am very dissatisfied with them and believe they should be held liable for any debris that falls from their trucks! Last week on my way to work as I was heading into snelling and one of their trucks was headed into Merced in the opposite direction when a rock fell from the truck and hit my windshield and left a crack/ chip larger than a quarter. I tried to file a claim with them and it was denied because I didn't have a truck or license plate number. Honestly what was I supposed to do? Slam on the brakes and turn around while in traffic? Putting others at risk all for a number? They should be held responsible. All they could recommend was to try and contact the Merced County Roads Division and this has nothing to do with them. We had them deliver cement and while in delivery there truck driver hit and damaged our roof. When calling them regarding the incident they took various days to send someone over. Once they did send someone over no one called back with updates. I was told all their trucks had cameras behind their truck which would make the situation easy to investigate, they said we’d get answers the day after. I called back today (2 weeks after) and was told there was no cameras and they would not refund me or fix the roof for THEIR damage. They are so unprofessional and rude, will make excuses left and right. Would not recommend them. If you want answers you have to continuously bug them, and even then they’ll ignore you. These guys wouldn’t know safety if it walked right up and bit them. Do not do business with these guys they do not care about their workers. I recommend taking your money to a different company that actually cares about their employees.
