Staff is not very helpful. The people at the counter need more experience and training in what they are selling. The grey haired lady here is very standoffish and a little rude. Century needs to hire people from the field and pay them well so that they can sell their products better and know their inventory, Business 101.

Currently Texas is experiencing an unprecedented freeze across the state, along with long power outages. I had a 24v transformer fail on my furnace and am unable to heat my home for my 3 small children and 83yr old grand mother. This store how ever will not sell me the parts needed to repair my furnace because they only sell to contractors. Even if I wanted to hire a contractor to make the repairs, there is no way I can get one to come out with demand surging right now. I am sure the store will respond with some BS about why they can not sell to the public. Mean while I can order the parts needed off the internet with no problems. Unfortunately they will almost certainly be delayed, good news is another dealer down the street had no problem selling me what I needed. So during an unpreced
