Century Foundation company

Previous owners had foundation work done by this company. I purchased the house and started noticing cracks in the walls around a window. Called Mr Rushing who at first stated it was an easy fix they could adjust the piers, one day job. I could never get him to settle on a date to come out, he then said it was not covered under warranty, he told me I wanted something for free,l. He tried to tell me I needed a $8500 drain in which I had 3 other foundation companies and an engineer say I did not. He weaseled out of the warranty. When I questioned him he got defensive and was unprofessional. Telling me to crawl on him?! I would never recommend this company. He may have 50 years of experience but he doesn’t stand by his work.

I am a real estate agent and Paul has gone to my homes for years. He is VERY honest and will tell you if there is nothing wrong. If he has to do the work, his work will last forever! Prices were reasonable, too
