Michael has been servicing my family for almost 2-3 years. He did great work at our previous home and now that we have a new home, he continues to excel in customer service. He treats the home very carefully and always helps with any questions my mom and I might have for him. but he wasn't available to complete our service. He is always doing phenomenal work. Roger was very thorough. We normally have Michael but he wasn't available to complete our service. I'm someone who sticks with what works, however Roger came in and knew how I felt about someone different and he assured me he would do a good job.
