I had the pleasure of using CP for setup and maintenance of my refurbished gunite pool. They are always very responsive and professional. They have excellent knowledge base and provide great service at a reasonable price.

Would be zero there was an option. Price gougers and extremely poor customer service. Cost of a pool closing doubled in 3 years - with me doing all the prep work. Save yourself a headache and call someone else, someone who cares about your needs and not just the money. Called in to question their bill and they were very unprofessional and rude. They cancelled me on future scheduled closings before I asked to be removed from their list.

We are so relieved… our 40 year old Gunite pool looks brand new! JR and his staff have been kind, informative and responsive to all of our questions. We are impressed with the professional abilities of both the tile and plaster crews. Their work in the pool and on property clean-up was so timely and professional. The members of both crews took pride in their work and behaved with unquestionable respect for us and our property. Also, JR had been on the job several times during the process to make sure everything was running smoothly. Thank you, JR and staff for guiding us through this (for us) huge project! Century Pool has taken care of our pool for over 25 years, and I don't know what I'd do without them. They are prompt in an emergency, regular in their weekly visits, and fair in their pricing, not mention friendly when I call. Thank you to all of the people at Century Pool who care for and about our pool.

For 25 years we have happily dealt with Century Pools. They are an hour away from us, but we value their work and their people so much that we are willing to pay for their travel time. Incredibly reliable, more than adept at what they do, very knowledgeable. Nobody better.
