Lack of communication from contractors and overall horrible quality. I’ve addressed the install issues for my windows when I first moved into my new home and the only remediation they applied was putting sealant around the wood sill. After explaining to them air flow is still coming through and the sealant continuously breaks and rips apart they ignored my messages and told me the issue was fixed. 2 years later on the brand new house and now I’m having issues where water has gotten through that broken sealant and trickled down onto the wooden sill. Yet they will claim they had no fault in it.
Not sure what has changed, however we bought a home with Century Traditions LLC as the builder in 2023. Nothing but good things to say. Jason is great. Couldn't recommend them more.
Do not use this builder! Took months to get things fixed and some things still aren't fixed.
Rathole builders, crooked and dishonest.
