The most horrible place to buy absolutely nothing. Customer service a total disaster. They sell products that are broken already. Never met the delivery schedule even if you pay extra for rush order. And the worst thing they don’t take responsibility for anything. If there is something wrong they send you to the warranty with the brand but they always clean their hands. Horrible horrible experience.
Came looking for a Titan tankless water heater and the representative said they have one but when he brought it out was another brand. What I didn’t like he lied and said there isn’t none anywhere found another place and got the titan tankless water heater somewhere else bad service
