Horrible company I’ve had the same problems as all the other people can’t get a hold of anybody. They totally screwed up my bill shut my service off billing my previous address that I lived at over a year ago. They’re horrible. Do not use them. Whatever you do, if you can avoid it, avoid it. The only reason I use them is cause they’re the only people I can get service from if I could get it from anyone else I would these people suck.

Terrible company. We can't get cell service in our home, so we still need a land line. It's been out a week and I've made 2 appointments online and no one ever shows up!(appt between 8am-5pm). Then I log back onto my account the next day...and it says I've never scheduled service. So then called...got the run around and then "disconnected". Thank god we got rid of their internet years ago!!!!

After 14 years of business, we are moving to CMTEL. We've been without phone lines for our business now for 6 days. They've scheduled 2 different dates for technicians to come, both being a no show, even after we paid staff to stay late since we were told they were still coming. Now they are rescheduling for a 3rd time and telling us it will be 3 more days to get someone there. Their excuse? We don't have enough technicians and tickets are taking a long time to repair. This is unacceptable Centurylink, you should truly take a look at your business reviews and reevaluate your business model. On top of it all, their customer service was pretty poor when dealing with the frustrated client.

I would highly advise against using Centurylink for any business needs. I have had nothing but issues setting up my business account. I have spent over 6 hours with their support team trying to simply start up my internet service and phone lines. Centurylink seems to have major internal communication issues. Its unfortunate that this has negatively impacted my business.

The signal is super poor. When I called the company, actually said that my information could not be found. In the center of Waterloo, on Monday, the entire magnificent office building has four gates closed and no one is working. The glass of the four gates is full of dust. Like months of no activity, knocking on the door, no response, maybe this is a precursor to bankruptcy?
