Worst company on earth to deal with. And when you cancel your service on Sept 29 in the am they insist they bill 27 to 27 so I will pay a full month of unused service. They they can’t provide a supervisor. 27 ands 28 were the weekend AND just trying to get to the right place to cancel service is frustrating, I will get to pay two internet service providers this month. CenturLinks service has always been terrible but I kept waiting for fiber. It’s all around me but not my Townhome Community, I gave up and went with AT and T which is already much better just over 4 days time. No comparison. He’ll will freeze over before I’ll ever use this company again.

Their customer service is ridiculous. I’ve called multiple times and had four different techs come out. They will send an escalation to their supervisor but there happens to be “an outage” each time that cancels the tickets. There is no continuity in this singular issue so we start fresh every time.

I have been a Centurylink customer for 15 years. I have several homes and businesses throughout the United States and I use Centurylink at all of these locations under my business account. I keep an apartment in Utah just over a year to conduct my business and need the internet. I have had 2 rescheduled appointment and no internet for 2 weeks and just reschedule and I cannot get a service technician for another 2 weeks. Now I will have no internet service for a month. I went to xfinity now and purchased 1 month internet service so I can conduct business well I'm in Utah. I called customer service here in Woods Cross Utah and (call #1) pressed option 0 the agent that I talked to just hung up the phone and got a recording saying if I called back my phone number would would be blocked. If I could give them -10 stars, I would. We have been without our internet service for over two weeks now. We have had multiple technicians come out to confirm that the issue is not anything within our home, with our modem or anything we have done, but nothing was resolved. Now, we have had five additional appointments made to ‘get it fixed’ only to be rescheduled last minute with no explanation or communication of what is going on. The appointment keeps being cancelled and moved to different days with for no reason with zero explanation. My husband and I have made numerous calls with no resolve. CenturyLink fiber is good when it works, but you're better off praying to whatever god(s) you believe in for help rather than call their customer service or tech support when it breaks. On internet outage day 9 with countless calls, two different in person techs, and most recently three no shows to repair appointments. Can't wait for GoogleFiber or Utopia to be installed in the area.
