We have multiple repairs and installations performed Cerrone's since purchasing our home a little over 3 years ago. Every one of them has been a positive experience, with friendly staff both in the office and at our home, and clean professional work done each time. Our most recent job replaced a 45 year old boiler funance and hot water tank with a high efficiency Navient combi unit. You can see from the attached photos the level of attention to details provided with this job! Last year we had a new cold air return installed for the forced hot air furnace on the second story of our home. This caused an unexpected problem, creating a negative pressure in our master bedroom that pulled half of the ceiling tiles loose. Quickly trouble shot our Navien Combi unit to a valve failure. While on site, they completed an annual preventative maintenance (by request) and found a potential faulty venturi which had been throwing alarm codes! Parts replaced and full and end PM inspection completed in a single appointment! Got us back up with hot showers in less that 24 hours from calling in for service help! Absolute best out there!
