Recently, we hired CertaPro to paint the exterior of our house, stain our 2 decks, repair our back door along with some of our windows that had wood rot, and replace our front door. CertaPro was very easy to work with. The crew was punctual, friendly, willing to please, and very skilled in what they do. Not only did they do the painting, but they were able to provide the extensive carpentry work that we needed as well. Dealing with one company to get what we needed done made it much easier for us. Thanks to Will, Andrea, Oscar, and Marco, along with his team Luis E, Luis L, and Maynor, our house looks amazing! We couldn't be happier. We plan on using CertaPro again in the future.

We were extremely pleased with the whole process of our painting process. They came out and listened to exactly what we wanted done. They gave us two prices for the job depending on the warranty of the paint. Both were very good warranties. We had to delay the starting of the project several times due to unexpected issues. They were very understanding to issues we had no control over. When we finally gave them the go ahead they came out and went over the process . We hadn’t decided 100% on a color. And they painted a sample of all three colors on a section of a building so we could see which color we liked the best. The process was smooth and easy. The entire CertaPro ceiling drywall repair/painting process from start to finish was professional and communication flowed. All appointments from the Sales visit to the arrival of the Project Managers and Drywall/Painting team were timely, helpful and informative. What a fantastic group of persons who were easy to work because the team was united plus reliable, respectful and friendly. We had Jordan and his crew paint at my mother’s house. They did an excellent job and were wonderful to work with. They were very careful to cover everything with plastic to protect her furniture and cleaned up everything before they left. The painting was done very well. The process was great from the scheduling to updates about the job to the final walk through and follow up from the manager to make sure we were happy. We plan to use this company again for future projects.

This was a very positive experience with Certa Pro…very detailed easy to understand estimate, hands on attention with salesman Mike who was very responsive to questions and requests. Fit me into schedule easily and quickly and painters were professional and took pride in their work, going that extra mile. Follow up after to make sure I was happy with the work done. Will use again!
