Afonso painted our home 2 years ago and we were happy with the services provided. Recently, his team came out to repaint our front door (which was covered under the warranty). His crew was extremely sloppy and not only did they damage our front door handle and keypad with their sander and paint because they did not protect it, the job was left with areas that were not painted correctly. I reached out to Afonso, sent pictures, and stated our disappointment and he simply responded, "I always tell everyone to please protect everything and looks like they don’t listen. I am really sorry." No trying to fix the situation at all which is very disheartening, especially when I've referred other people to his company and my extended family has used him on numerous occasions.

Great experience with CertaPro. AJ (the owner) went through the project in detail and Allen and Alex were very respectful and did a great job even taking it upon themselves to do a 3rd coat in one room they noticed needed it. Would definitely use them again.
