We hired CertaPro Painters to paint our historic home and carriage house in the museum district of Kansas City, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Working on historic structures requires care, precision, and respect for the architecture, and their team delivered on all fronts. In addition to painting, the crew handled necessary carpentry repairs with skill and attention to detail. They were professional, reliable, and well priced, and the finished result looks beautiful and appropriate to the character of the property. Communication was clear throughout the process, timelines were honored, and the site was kept orderly. We are very pleased with the outcome and would confidently recommend them.

We had CertaPro paint the outside of our house and were very pleased with the result. A year later we decided to have them paint the interior. Again the results are top notch and they were in and out in about a day and a half. The crews for both jobs were professional and courteous and efficient. If you are considering a painting project, consider these folks. Locally owned franchisee and staff are all local.

We set an appointment for the painters to start prepping the exterior of the house to paint. That crew ended up walking off the job. We were shocked. However Dale Rae kept in contact with us and 2 days later had a second crew was out here. They power washed the house and got started painting and worked for 3 days to get the house painted even in 90° weather. They were fantastic and their team lead, Rafael was very nice to work with. In fact all of the crew were very nice even tho they didn't all speak English. We were able to communicate with them. The house looks great and we are pleased with Certa-Pro's work. We will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Our General Contractor chose CertaPro Painting to paint the interior of our basement after it flooded. So I can't tell how they rate in pricing comparisons. But for all other aspects, I give them 5 stars. They were courteous and timely. They took care to keep the work area neat. They put down plastic barriers for floors, stairs and doorways to keep our house clean. Their finish work is very good. Trim work and paint coverage is nice. And they did the entire basement in 2 days. After the job, we did a walk-through and then told me to call if we found anything wrong later. Very good company.

We hired CertaPro to paint a bedroom and a hallway. Both areas needed some patching done as well. They did an excellent job! They showed up on time and got the job done on time as well. We highly recommend CertaPro! The red room and beige hallway are the before pictures.
