Excellent painters. Contacted them about some exterior painting. When Nick came out for the estimate my wife has been wanting the fireplace painted for years. So, we got an estimate for that too. Both projects were very reasonable in price and were able to complete in short order. Pressure washed and couple days later 4 people showed up - two to do the exterior painting and two for the fire place. They were very professional. Exterior they took care to protect plants and areas from any paint and applied two coats of paint. Fireplace - was taped off protecting wood floors and stairway. Primed and applied two coats to the brick. Cleaned up and would never know they were here except the building and fireplace looked like new.

This is the third time I've used CertaPro painters and once again I'm completely satisfied. The entire team is consistently professional, courteous, and punctual. This time they helped me take a tired old 1951 era duplex and shine her up. The simple white body of the house is now clean and fresh and the red doors are a fun bright pop of color. I always recommend CertaPro to my friends. And their prices are completely reasonable. Very happy.

The only reason I'm leaving a 3 and not a 1 is because of Jennilee, the salesperson who we worked with to get our interior painted by CertaPro. She is a great salesperson and truly takes pride in her job. She has done everything in her power to make our experience somewhat pleasant. The painters for CertaPro were prompt and fast, the latter seemed to be both a plus and detriment to how they performed. There was some confusion on the colors for rooms, but that was minor; they performed the work in two days for our entire first floor ranch house. There were several areas that needed to be addressed after the two days, and with the help of Jennilee, they came back out to "correct" some of the areas of concern. To cap off a summer of upgrades to our home -- new, larger composite deck, outdoor hot tub, six-foot cedar fence and arborvitae planting/green fence along the lot line, interior flooring -- I decided to have the exterior of the house painted a lighter color with a darker, more contrasting trim. The key was to have this done secretly, while my wife and I were away for a long weekend. With the help of Jennalee and the painting crew at CertaPro, we scheduled the powerwashing for the day before the trip, which my wife was aware of. Then, as soon as we hit the road, the painters showed up and did a bang up job over the next three days. I'd give the sub-contracted painting crew five stars for sure. They did great exterior painting, and some detail work on exterior doors and some porch ceilings. CertaPro proper handled the initial estimate well, but ultimately they were just an intermediary between the homeowner and the paint crew. I felt I got a fair price and decent service.
