My story began in August when due to a severe storm my roof leaked and damaged my interior ceiling in 2 places. So the first thing I had to do was replace my roof. Once the roof was replaced I moved forward with getting bids to repair and repaint my dining room, living room and long hallway. Todd (the owner) of my local Certapro Painters of Staten Island, came and gave me a very reasonable price. They came an finished the job in 2 days. The paint team arrived punctually and did a great job. They covered everything to avoid paint splatters. They were neat and thorough on the job. The office stayed in touch with me throughout the entire project and Todd came each day to insure everything was being painted accurately and according to the written estimate I was given. They provided a documented work estimate which was thorough and reasonable. Their frequent and timely communication, facilitation and scheduling resulted in the project being completed on time and consistent with their cost estimate. The painting team arrived on time, carefully covered furnishings/floors to protect them, painted very well and cleaned up when the work was done. From my perspective, the experience was one of the best I have ever had and I highly recommend this business!

I've used Certa-Pro of Staten Island numerous times and they are consistently reliable, courteous, and skilled. They reply promptly to communications and maintain a record of all my paint colors. Their work is done efficiently and so neatly! The owner, Todd, always visits the job and Antonella calls during the work to check on how it's going. All in all they are outstanding! We hired CertaPro (Todd) for our interior project, and the results are stunning. They were incredibly respectful of our space, using drop cloths everywhere and moving furniture with care. The cut-in lines around the ceiling and baseboards are razor-sharp, along with the excellent job of installing crown molding and they finished the entire job ahead of schedule.
