We hired CertaPro Painters of WNY to remove our family room popcorn ceiling, paint it along with the walls last week. Alex was very professional and meticulous. He made sure the ceiling was perfectly smooth, walls thoroughly covered and completely cleaned up after the job was done. We highly recommend Alex and CertaPro.

I had a tenant completely trash my rental property. When it came time for fresh paint to be placed on the walls and ceiling, I wanted a company that I could trust because I have not had great success with small independent contractors. I primarily dealed with Mike and Ryan. Both were professional and personable. This company did a wonderful job with the painting project. I will definitely use them again.

CertaPro Painters of WNY did a great job! Mike gave us a competitive quote that included repairing areas of my house that needed it. He assisted us in selecting our colors including changing it right before they got started. Cindy, the Project Manager, did a fantastic job answering our questions and keeping us up to date on the changing weather that delayed our work a bit. The painting crew, led by Edwin, showed up every day and his team worked diligently and professionally. Always cleaned up each day before they left. As the crew neared the end, Cindy was again there to do a final walk through and get any areas that needed touching up completed to my satisfaction. I hired CertaPro as they had great reviews. I could not beat the price or the time frame of the work to be completed. They did the scraping and patching in one day and was able to paint the house and wood soffit the next day! Highly professional, kept the yard clean and truly respectful of my property and to me the homeowner. House looks new again. I highly recommend CertaPro for all painting needs. I am very happy with the removal of my popcorn ceiling. Everyone was very professional from Ryan with complying with me with scheduling I had to rebook several times to Both Alex and Jose who were very punctual and had great mannerism to Baba the site manager who made sure everything was going good and I was happy with results.
