Certified Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning

My wife and I moved into a home and the first thing we wanted to do was get the carpets cleaned. Daniel came by and did an incredible job and didn’t miss a single corner! Once they were dry we had some people come help us move things onto the carpet and we had constant compliments on the perfectly cleaned carpets. 10/10!!!

I liked the person that came out, but I was not impressed with the quality of Qualls Chem-dry for the high price I paid. The rep walked in and out of our home with no shoe coverings while the carpets were wet. The stains are still in our carpet. One stained area seems larger and worse now. If I were doing it over, I would probably use a highly rated truck mounted steam clean method while making sure the person coming to my home has been doing it for years with a commitment to excellence shown by certifications and training rather than a student type doing the job as a filler until he is done with school and moves onto a different career. If I am going to pay a lot more to have it done professionally, I want it done the best that it can be done.

We had Qualls ChemDry come and clean our 25 year old basement Berber carpet, which had dog urine spots. They did an amazing job and there is absolutely no odor. Some of the stains were pretty old and didn’t come all the way out, but we are basically really happy with their work.

Had Chem Dry come and clean an office space. They did a really good job getting everything back to normal. Daniel M. did a great job and was really good to work with. I would highly recommend this team.

We had a very good experience. Our couches and large wool rug are perfect. John was very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure the surrounding area was clean as well. Thank you so much and we will be back.
