I wanted to post that Certified Foundations work went seamlessly as they repaired my home to its original condition. The process was explained to me clearly and followed step by step to a tee! These guys were great. We had them come out to our house in Clearwater Beach to fix our sea wall and they did an amazing job. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing (grout injection). Highly recommend this company if you need your seawall repaired. They even worked with me a bit on a fair price.

I am a two-time customer of Certified Foundations, Inc. (CFI). In 2021 I learned that I needed substantial foundation work due to some pool piping / drainage water damage. I had initially received estimates for the work from two of the "big name" foundation companies - both seemed extraordinarily high with solutions that seemed to be overkill (such as placing pins around the perimeter of the entire house rather than addressing only the problem area). I hunted for additional companies and fortunately I came upon Certified Foundations. They steered me first to an excellent engineering firm to get an assessment of the repair need and CFI stuck to that recommendation and accordingly, gave me an estimate specific to it. It was much more reasonable than the "big name" estimates by far! The

They did my remediation about 10 years ago. They were fine then. But I think they went out of business. I've tried to contact them to find out about the warranty paperwork that I should have received as I'm getting ready to sell the home, but they do not answer and their 800 number is no longer a working number. I left a message on what seemed to be a voice mail system. No reply thus far.
