‼️ Be aware of this business. ‼️ The negative reviews hold truth in them. Had two guys named Owen and Alex come do a carpet cleaning for small bedrooms. The two seemed nice, but the vehicle they showed up in was kinda sketchy, no business decals or anything, and kinda rundown. The job was done in 5-10 mins, that’s about how long it takes for me to do some simple vacuuming. Now I am not an expert, but I have cleaned one or two carpets before with the same machine, using a rental, and my results were much better than what they produced. There were still stains and discoloration after the work was finished. I was done at that point and just wanted them out. Overpriced for mediocre work.

I was not at my home for air duct cleaning and dryer cleaning. But when I arrived home there was a bunch of debris left around and in the vents (I assumed they would clean that up). I used the $149 special they had advertised then the tech gets here and tells my wife that’s a basic package and you need to pay $500 more to get the vents cleaned. Which they didn’t do. This company is a huge scam. I’m not sure what they did. They provided no videos or pictures of their work. Complete and total rip off.

Owen did a great job! Arrives on time and shared his recommendations for our sectional - explained everything and offered some great tips. Couch is smelling great and looks brand new, very pleased with this service and will be looking for Owen again in the future 100%!

08/22/25 We recently booked with The Gentle Scrubbers via Certified Green Team website and was completely dissatisfied with the service. RED FLAGS: techs cleaned 3 rooms within one hour, techs did not make any recommendations for additional treatment or services, the spots and stains were not pretreated, techs did not wear shoe covers while "deep cleaning the carpet". After paying $270, the carpet appears to have retracted dirt due to the techs entering and exiting the apartment. As a result, we requested a redo service. We have not received a response as of yet. UPDATE: 08/24/25 We just received a follow up call from Gentle Scrubbers and they refused to uphold their redo service ($50 or 10% whichever is greater) instead they offered to render services for additional $300 to remove the st

Avi exceeded my expectations with his air duct cleaning service! He worked with outstanding professionalism, attention to detail, and care. The ducts were cleaned thoroughly, and the difference in air quality at home is incredible.
