Terrible experience. First, they quoted $79. Then they came to the house and said we needed a different kind of cleaning which would be 240 and an extra $100 for the chairs. The sofa and chairs looked worse after “cleaning,” with huge black marks and stains and damaged fabric. They charged 435 total because they said there was sales tax, but there is not sales tax on service in Maryland. We called and were told that they would come back and redo the service. We also asked them to refund the sales tax on service. We are still waiting for our refund. Someone called back and was totally sexist when speaking to my husband—“Oh, your wife as a problem first with the service and then with the price.” They refused to let us speak to a manager several times. SCAM ALERT! They lie about their deals online. No mention of square footage limit online or when you call for a quote. They up charge you and don’t deliver. The guy they sent didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Also, the company name on the invoice is different from the company name (“the joyful cleanerss” and yes, it was misspelled). Asked to pay first and wanted text confirmation because he mentioned that people dispute after the fact. I see why!!!! Was there barely 15 mins and claimed to both shampoo and steam clean. IT WAS A LIE. As you can see from the pictures, the carpet wasn’t clean at all. Looked the exact same as before he came. I ended up using my hydro steam carpet cleaner and based on the water, it didn’t look like he cleaned or extracted anything. Waste of time and mo

I paid for 5 outdoor cushions & 1 ottoman cushion with extra stain treating. The tech was at my house barely for an hour. He blew a fuse in the garage where he was working & decided he was done with the appointment rather than ask me about the circuit and FINISHING THE JOB. How do I know this? I had to reprogram my garage door and I have security cameras. I’ve called the main line multiple times and keep getting told a manager will call me back. Well here’s hoping that this gets your attention! I’ll be disputing this with my credit card company along with the video evidence of you not completing ou contracted job. DO NOT use this company.

TRASH. If I could give a zero stars I would. unprofessional bootleg company. I WAS QUOTED $80. Carla hung in my face after I was explaining how a representative (which smelled horrible by the way) tried to price gouge me. I have a small townhome and only needed two rooms carpet cleaned. He insisted that he didn’t see or smell any issues with my carpet and basically saying it wasn’t worth doing. I explain that we used our personal carpet cleaner to remove the stains, but we still the smell of dog urine in our carpet when it gets warm in the area. He acted like he didn’t want to do it and had an snarky attitude. That’s when he said “well if you want to me to do it I’ll be $250”. Nope I rather clean my carpet with a toothbrush before I give you a dime !!

Our technician MORIE was very knowledgeable. He arrived on time And handled the job quickly. we had our dryer vent cleaned and he did an excellent job. We had to get the hose replaced because there were holes in it that we werent aware of.
