This was the 4th company I had come out to check my HVAC and the only ones that were able to solve the issues I was having. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and they had the technician out in no time! Antwan did a great job repairing my unit and was friendly and informative the whole time. Also their prices are pretty competitive, they don’t try to charge you an arm and a leg like some places. Really wish I would have called them as my first resort. Will be working with them again in the future.

We only worked with this HVAC company because they were the contractor covered under our builder’s warranty. After this experience, we will never use them again. We originally contacted them to address severe airflow issues in one bedroom. The room was freezing in the winter and unbearably hot in the summer. We had technicians come out twice, and both times we were told there was “nothing they could do.” Later, when we turned the heat back on for the season, the air in every room began to smell extremely musty and stale. A manager eventually came out and was able to fix the airflow issue in the guest room that multiple technicians had claimed wasn’t possible. However, he arrived three hours late and did not have time to address the musty air issue. He told us his team would follow up to

They were a sub-contractor on our new house that installed the HVAC system. Today, just 2.5 years in the new home, our heat smells musty and the air conditioning leaks condensation inside the house and rusts the vents. They did not seal around the vents at installation. We now have to call for help to clean up the work. Techs came to house smelling of weed. It might not be a bad idea to invest in your own HVAC, plumbing, and electrical certifications so you know what you’re getting and how to evaluate it.

Worst heat and air place we have ever delt with. No response at first then took three weeks to get a quote. They were supposed to put fireplace in new build. Took two weeks and still waiting to het a quote on that for completion. Run don’t walk away from this company!!! I’ll be happy to add photos if they ever get out here to finish the job!!!
