Great customer service. But when replacing the vents, the guy stripped the screw and put it in sideways. Took my husband 30 minutes to be able to remove it. Think this could have been avoided if there was just more care to complete the job without Incidents. Overall, they did a great job with the cleaning and sanitizing of the air ducts.

Wonderful experience, professional, communicative, excellent customer service and answered all of my questions as well as did a thorough job. My air quality improved drastically and they showed me the build up in my ducts by taking photos before and after. I highly recommend. Two men came as a team and were very efficient. Pricing was very good and they came in much less than competitors. Happy with this service.

The technician was very professional and thorough in diagnosing and fixing the problem with my fireplace. The job required a part replacement and ordering the part and returning to fix it was seamless. I'm well pleased with their service and would use them again for future maintenance or repairs.
