⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Went in to get a couple spare keys made for my Peterbilt. Jokingly, he said $500, so I jokingly said, “Well at that price, I’ll take 10!” and then told him I was just kidding and really only needed 3. Apparently, the 10 stuck and he was hard at work making a pile of keys. He asked why I needed so many, and when I said they were just for the office and mechanic, his eyes got as big as a McDonald’s large cup. That’s when he realized I only needed 3.... not 10. We all had a good laugh and both apologized several times, he gave me a discount, and now were the proud owner of 5 spare keys for truck!! Great service, great guy, and a sense of humor to match.

Got my key made quickly at a good price! Chuck was very helpful and kind. definitely recommend!

Don't waste your time here. Owner is condescending and not a nice guy. Told me I "watch too much internet" when I was just simply trying to understand the process. Will nickle and dime you also. Wanted to charge $30 just to hook his computer up to my truck and read a pin, he did not mention this during the previous day's phone call. He waits until you drive all the way to his store to tack on charges. I understand it's a business, and bills have to get paid, but just charging whatever you feel like that day is bad business. All in all I just wanted to get a new key fob programmed, was going to charge $150 total (not including the key). Thats about the same as you can get from the dealership. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the dealership, even though it's a bit of a rip off too.

I called the office at 10:00am. To have him come out and program a key for my truck. I was told it would only take about 15-20 mins. If i had the right key. And he said he would call when he is on his way. I called back at about 2. And he side he had one more stop before he came out. It's 5:35 And he his now closed.

First of all this guy was very professional and very nice and I called him with the problem with my truck key and he was very helpful even came to my house and made key for my truck and got me going I would highly recommend this guy very prompt service thank you for your experience in a difficult time
