I had a flooding issue with my sprinkler system,Kevin was incredibly professional and got right to work upon arrival. Within a hour he was finished and double checked my system for me. My irrigation woes started when I called a different irrigation company last week. They left my property after 3 hours of labor work, trying to find a "broken" pipe. That company left a hole in my yard and in my heart. I was in tears. :( I finally have gotten over myself and called Certified Outdoor Solutions ( found him through Google ) Kevin responded to my call and was able to diagnose my problems almost immediately . He spent 2 hours on the first day trying to undo anything and started to diagnose my issues. SURPRISE: I DON'T HAVE A BROKEN PIPE. It's mostly mechanical issues and faulty wiring, Zones rusted and solenoids that are bad. Valves have to replaced as well. I highly recommend this sprinkler irrigation company. They repaired a clogged line and a sprinkler head damaged during a flood. The repair had to be completed before we could sell the house, so Certified stepped up by shuffling their schedule.
