I phoned Certified Plumbing Services, Inc on Saturday Sept 27, 2025. I was having an issue with my skirted Valiant Kohler toilet which was leaking water, only 1 year old , installed by another person and did not get it installed properly. I am so very happy I called a true plumbing company and spoke with Ron. He was very knowledgeable and polite and very well spoken. Set up appointment for Monday and the best service gentleman Ken came to our door, and got the job issue complete and did it with a lot of kindness and class. This is the best company in 25 years that I will definitely continue to use for there competent service, and a complete fair price. Love this company and there people. I would give them 10 stars!!!!

He has replaced my garbage disposable, provided yearly plumbing maintenance, replaced a hot water heater and a circulator pump. Top notch customer service.

Certified Plumbing deserves five stars for their superior service, skill, and communications from start to finish. We had a bar sink, kitchen sink, faucets, water filter system, garbage disposal along with all new piping and valves. What an excellent job from start to finish… Honest and fair pricing. Another great experience with Certified Plumbing Services Inc. I have been using this plumbing company for many years and have never been disappointed. Both Ron and Kenny are a pleasure to work with. Kenny was able to remove the filter screen on my bathroom faucet to get a full flow of water and then clean out the drain. He, also, replaced the toilet tank parts with the new replacement parts he carriers with him on service calls, explaining to me why the parts that I purchased were not going to last very long. Kenny is polite and explains everything to me. So now I can take the unopened faucet and the unopened toilet tank parts back to the store for a refund. I highly recommend this company!

Ron and Kenny were professional, on time and very knowledgeable. They answered the phone when I called and Ron was quick to make sure if our water was off he could get to us very quickly. We set a time and they called while on the way and kept us informed. They repaired a leaking toilet shut off valve, replaced a second valve on another toilet, replaced parts inside toilet, removed broken disposal and replaced with new and replaced a tedious cartridge on a leaking Kohler shower. The price was extremely reasonable and the work excellent! Highly Recommend. This was honest, skilled, plumbing by two professionals who care about what they are doing. Will use again for sure!
