First, Tyler the tech did a good job and is a nice guy. Unfortunately, the owner is not transparent in his pricing which will leave you in the situation we just encountered. The estimate had 3 jobs , none of which were broken out in price. I dropped one of the most time consuming jobs and replaced it with a very simple low time allocated job, expecting a large credit. Instead the bill went from $1216 to $1066 I was stuck because this was shared after the work was done and repeated attempts to get the right work priced. Do not recommend using them until they are transparent with their pricing and ethical with the customer. You are just setting yourself up for disappointment and a lighter wallet

Excellent service, quick response to repair my kitchen sink. Called one day and they were out the next. Service man was professional and excellent. I highly recommend this company

We had a plumbing emergency (main water line leak). They came out immediately and fixed our issue. They were very professional and we really appreciate everything they did!

Certified Plumbing came highly recommended by a friend and I see why. I called and spoke with Jennifer. She got me on the schedule for the next day, was very friendly, and made sure to give me notice before they were on the way. The 2 employees who came out were on time, very efficient, nice, and went out of their way to work around our clients during business hours. Definitely recommend. Will definitely be using them for all plumbing needs from now on. Reliable, quick, and very fair pricing.
