I can’t say enough great things about Certified Pro Restoration Inc and Charlie. I first used them for a full flip project and was impressed by their professionalism and quality of work. A few years later, when a galvanized pipe burst under our slab and destroyed our living room flooring and built-in bar, Charlie responded immediately. His team removed the damaged materials, set up commercial drying equipment, quarantined the area, and even salvaged materials to help us save money. Within days, our home was back to normal and fully tested for moisture and mold. Skilled, honest, and reliable — I highly recommend them.

Certified Pro Restorations company was awesome to work with. Charlie and his team were great communicators, did high-quality work, and aimed to please the customer! This is the second time that we’ve hired them for their services and will do so again.

Charlie and Frank were fantastic to work with. They were incredibly kind, professional, and patient throughout the entire mitigation process. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why at each step, which I really appreciated, especially during a stressful situation. They were also very accommodating with our schedule and communicated clearly the whole time. It was obvious they cared about doing the job right, not just getting in and out. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience given the circumstances, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing mitigation work.

Charlie is one of a kind. He’s honest, extremely professional, and he really cares about the work he does, ensuring the quality. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for any restoration or kitchen remodeling work. He’ll be the first person I call when I need any work done.

Disappointed. Have little to no regard for customer's time. Small bathroom reno project was supposed to finish within 3 weeks. Took 6 weeks longer and still could not procure material on time. I am not price sensitive client. I dont nickel and dime. I didnt negotiate price - i paid asking price because i expected A+ quality work. They still dropped the ball. Imagine how bad they will be when they *dont* get what they want. It took me 2 hours to find the same materials on Home Depot and have it delivered within 48 hours for less price and equal or better quality. His response was, "Hate to jinx it, but maybe the glass door gets broken during delivery". Had to terminate the GC over incompetence like this. They are small time contractors but charge pricing just like a big company. Advan
