He went above an beyond, provided very detailed report about the inspection. Also, he answered my questions (right away) by email after the report was submitted. I recommemd his services to any-one seeking to buy new/old home and needs inspection. His price is reasonable and well worth it for the job he has done: inspecting the property, preparing documents, photos, etc. Attention to details, professionalism, and followups with customers.
