Scott sent his crew out today while I was at work and my wife was home. The communication was great! I had some questions and contacted Scott, who relayed them to the crew. One of the installers called me and informed me of exactly what they were going to do with the install and gave me a choice of exterior pipes. When I arrived home everything looked great! The crew was neat and clean and the system was running with a Radon monitor running in the basement next to it.
