Want to talk about customer service? Eric and the Certified team installed my roof in 2024. My wife and I were very pleased with our whole experience! Very prompt very professional value driven installation! Fast forward to last week. With the extreme heat in GA lately our house was retaining heat in the upstairs. I had my AC guy come out, thinking I had an air conditioner issue. Upon further inspection, he and I discovered that my roof was not vented properly. First photo! I sent that photo as well as some others to Eric and after more than a year of no contact Eric responded immediately and told me he would have the installer there asked me to help get some measurements which I was very happy to do. I can’t say enough good things about Eric and his crew. They replaced my roof after a big storm came through our area, and from start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. When I first called, the woman in the office was super friendly and really knew her stuff. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy to understand. Eric’s crew showed up on time, worked hard, and were very respectful of my property. They did a great job keeping things clean, I was honestly worried about nails or debris left behind because my neighbor had that issue with another company, but Eric’s team made sure my yard was spotless. Eric and his crew replaced my ENORMOUS custom skylight. They did everything from removing the old glass, having new glass fabricated, rebuilding the frame, installing the new glass, shingles, etc. Eric kept me informed throughout the entire process, start to finish. They did a fantastic job and I will definitely be using them for my future roofing needs.

Certified Roofing Solutions did a fantastic job with my roof! I was having an issue with water running down the side of my house and entering my garage, and Eric and his team very quickly assessed that the previous roofers made several mistakes. They gave me a unbelievably reasonable quote and had my roof fixed in just a couple hours a day or two later.
