Certified Water Smoke and Fire

I came home from vacation to find no hot water and a wet basement. Not sure when it happened but my hot water tank failed. Everything was wet. I called Certified Water Smoke and Fire and they came by 2:30 pm that afternoon and started hauling out wet items the next morning - placing 18 fans and 2 dehumidifiers. I initially thought I would have to haul everything out and it was a relief to have so many people do it for me. The communication was clear and they returned my calls within minutes. I can’t say enough about Jared and his team. Josh did an excellent job with follow up and answering my concerns with facts. I highly recommend. Photos are wet to dry!

Certified Water Smoke and Fire (Jarrod) were prompt and courteous the whole cleanup process. He kept me informed each day of what they would be working on and met each milestone. They left the house clean each day and bent over backwards to accommodate me. This is the second time working with Jarrod for significant water damage to my home. I would highly recommend.

I had a hot water pipe burst in my basement. My adjuster sent out them out to mitigate. When I expressed my desire to have damaged sheet rock removed to prevent mold they were happy to oblige. Levi was extremely professional and kept in contact with me as the drying process progressed. He even came on the weekend to check out their fans and the dehumidifier.

Jared was wonderful to work with! He provided great customer service, explained the entire floor drying process, put my mind at ease, and handled everything with my insurance company. Highly recommend!

When you call these guys, you will probably be in a situation where you have no choice and just need to call SOMEONE and fast - and -trust me- these are the guys to call. My house sprung a bad leak when a check valve blew nearest the boiler and Steve from Certified FWS came over the mountain like an avenging angel in the deep of night. He and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, clever and kind. Steve's creativity during the dry out (ours is an older home) minimized the required demo, impressing even the contractor that followed on behalf of our insurance company. Thank you, Steve.
