I paid them $750 to fix my garage door. It worked for one day! and when I called them to let them know it stopped working, they tell me that I needed to pay them a minimum charge of $75 to come back out?! I used them in the past with no issues, but damn, I already paid $750 one would think that for that price their technician would make certain that EVERYTHING was in it's place and in working conditions. I was not satisfied with them this time around and will not use them again.

Had an appointment for a estimate today, Cervantes garage had set a time frame from 1-2...still waiting on a phone call. I would figure that, since they have my phone number, they will call me to let me know if they are running late..... oh wait, nope. - - -while typing this review, an employee from Cervantes garage gave me a call. She told me that she will be sending the service man over. I told her my appointment was from 1-2 and she was calling me at 2:15 ! I let them know i cant leave for another lunch. She did not apologize for any inconvenience or asked if i would like to rescheduled, she just hung up. Thank you Cervantes Garage, i will ensure to let every person i know about your service.
