As a business, they are very communicative, which I really appreciate. They text me before and after each session and give me the opportunity to make special requests or give feedback. They're very flexible with their scheduling as well. They have taken the time to learn my preferences and routines, including the use of toxin-free products that keep my pet safe. Their work is very meticulous. They work quickly and are also mindful of noise as my husband and I both work from home.
