Cesspool Pros & Sewer and Drain Pros of Suffolk & Nassau County

Very close to buying a house that uses a cesspool so without knowing much we got into contact with the Cesspool pros and scheduled something for the same week without issue. They sent Mo and I have to say this was one to the best experiences I’ve ever had with a service. Not only was it done with all our questions answered and a thorough look at what we were working with, but overall Mo’s customer service and concern for the customers makes this 100% a company I’d call again. I now know for anything in the future related to our cesspools or anyone else we know in the area I’m going to recommend this company as well hire them in the future for any of our cesspool related services. Mo came out the during the big freeze. He saved the day by breaking through a frozen clog in our sewer pipe. He saved us thousands of dollars being honest as to what needed to be done. He"s a young guy with an old school work ethic. So knowledgeable and respectful. All done with a smile, too! Recommending to everyone we know!

Excellent work and excellent costumer service. We spoke with Billy and within a few hours, Moe showed up and fixed us up. Moe was super nice and explained to us how to prevent having problems in the future. We will always use Cesspool Pros when we have an issue!
