If I could give negative stars I would. They allow 3rd parties to come in and completely gaffle you in regards to parking. I paid 165.00 for "Premium Parking" arrived on 2.14.26 for my event and was told that Premium Parking is on the roof. Get up to the roof and it is covered in ice and snow, no one plowed or cleaned the area. We almost broke our necks attempting to get out of the car and again when the event was over. Complete TRASH, do not waste you money, just Uber
Awful garage to exit after a event. Writing this as I have been sitting in my parking spot for 40 minutes without anyone moving!!!! DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE AFTER THE EVENT
The elevators have been out of service for over two months, with no signs of being repaired anytime soon. To make matters worse, the first two floors are blocked off for a certain group of suite owners, making accessibility even more frustrating. This is easily one of the worst places to park for any event in Baltimore. completely inconvenient and very poorly managed.
Very convenient for attending events but take a while to exit.
Parking assistants were great at helping people get in and out efficiently.
