Drivers (owner operators) please do not come here!!! You will loose a day of work waiting on your load to be loaded. Appointment time was at 12:00pm . It’s 6:00 pm and still waiting.

They allow drivers to check in no earlier than 8am. When delivering You will walk inside and you will see a clip board to check in then go to dock door 23 to hand them your bills. They only use door 24 and 25 to unload. So if there are multiple drivers coming in people have to take turns getting in doors. I was fully loaded and it only took them 20 min to unload me. The employees were nice.

No sign at the entrance to saying pull around to the other parking area (you might see some other trucks not docked along a curb, get in behind them) then walk way over by DOOR 1, someone might be at the entrance to let you in to check in. Only good thing about this place is it’s easy for a straight back docking. Prepare a meal because you’ll be here for a while.

These people just ignore you. When finally someone acknowledged me , I was told to check by door 24 at 07:30 You go there and she tells you come back at 08:00 Just put a stupid sign to tell drivers that you don't start till 800.

I purchased some flooring from this company and less than 1 year later the planks were splitting and breaking all over my house, and warping. I even brought up the box that was sitting flat in the basement and it is curled like a banana. I thought "no worries, at least it has the warranty" They denied my warranty claim today and I am going to seek legal advice. It is absolutely pathetic to advertise a 25 year warranty and not stand by it 1 year later. Garbage product and garbage company
