CGC Home Services

We have used CGC Home Services for 25 years. They are professional, meticulous and stand by their work. We get all our Kinetico water softener and reverse osmosis equipment and service from them. Once installed we have never needed them to come back and fix anything. It's always been perfect the first time. Highly recommend.

They were very professional. They went above and beyond to work around my large family. They had their tools and equipment out and it got a bit messy (as the job required), but they cleaned up 100%. Recommended.

Technician Aidon Q. was fantastic. He has excellent communication skills and installation and homeowner maintenance instruction skills. He replaced my 7 year old Kinetico Smart Clear iron filter tank, and replaced my 30 year old twin tank softener with a new S250XP twin system.

Jason came and inspected my well water. He made recommendations as to what I did and did not need installed on my water system. He didn’t try and upsell me, he gave an honest assessment. He actually encouraged me not to buy a more expensive system from him that I didn’t need. Elise worked with me to schedule and kindly extended the New Year’s discount a few extra days to account for the closing date on my house. Jonathan and Brandon came and installed my RO system/iron pre-filter. They worked efficiently, were polite, and helpfully explained everything I needed to know as well as answering my questions. Overall, great service, would definitely recommend to family, friends, or anyone asking.
